In the discharge of its mandate, the Independent Statutory Review Committee may receive personal information. Personal information is collected in accordance with s. 61(c) of the
Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015) and will be used for the purpose of informing an independent, comprehensive review of the ATIPPA, 2015.
Please note that any submissions or comments voluntarily made to the Independent Statutory Review Committee will be published on our website and may be included in our final report. This includes your name and any other personal information you provide. Requests for anonymity will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the Committee.
